Does fit a 2003 ttr 225.

@Bobnoped_1740731 I'm not sure. Yamaha has them listed as two different part number. This one is similar to 1UY-24610 or 5MV-24610.

@wingsone_342330 The treads are the same I printed it and it fit it just needs a washer

Oh, whoa...

The model is nice, and I think it makes a good prototype or master for moulding purposes, but definitely do not recommend for actual use in a functioning bike.

PLA and ABS both degrade rapidly in gasoline (including exposure to the fumes), and while PETG doesn't react, the walls may not be airtight and could pose a spill risk while sloshing around. (edited)

@ShadowDrakken Thanks and good points. Maybe surprisingly but I've been using the same eSun PLA+ cap for 5 years with no issues. Old carburetored motorcycles don't have perfect air-tight gas tanks even from the factory. My plan was to switch to something resistant to gasoline (eg. TPU or PETG) but so far I haven't needed it. Definitely don't use ABS.

@wingsone_342330 The additives in PLA+ may be helping, so that's good to know. Gas cans are made from PETG typically though, so that's your safest option if you don't mind the slosh risk.
