Lemon Bolt Juicer v2

This is my version of the Lemon Bolt originally designed by romanjurt.

My modifications include:

• fins for better grip while screwing the bolt in
• wider opening at the top as lemon leftovers where getting stuck
• stronger teeth
• additional holes, duct and rim at the bottom for better juice lead off
