Doubled brackets for improved MMU spoolholder

I liked the idea of @AndreasO to stack the spoolholders of MMU units to save some space.
I took his brackets and designed doubled brackets to interconnect the 'spooltowers' for more stability.
There are three different designs:

• UpUp with two upper brackets
• LowLow with two lower brackets
• UpLow with a lower and upper bracket

For MMU1 you need:

• 2 x spoolholder_LowLow
• 2 x spoolholder_UpUp
• [4 x spoolholderlower]*
• [4 x spoolholderupper]*
• [2 x spoolholderback]*
• [4 x spoolholderstand]*

For MMU2 you need :

• 2 x spoolholder_LowLow
• 2 x spoolholder_UpLow
• [6 x spoolholderlower]*
• [6 x spoolholderupper]*
