This remix is supposed to be used with the absolutely fantastic design Honeycomb Storage Wall by RostaP
Since I am using their design as a place to store my EDC and other bits and bobs, I came up with this simple design in order to store some keys and other random stuff. While there is already a hook available, I found it to be too chunky and wanted something smaller.
Since I already had a bunch of base parts (insert-empty.stl or any of the other available over at RostaPs model files) ready to go, I took the easy route and used a little bit of superglue to join the two pieces together. It has the added benefit of being easier to print and also allows for using separate colors for the insert and the holder. Depending on how tuned our printer is, it's also possible that it will just be a press fit.
If you run into issues with adhesion, adding a small brim should help with that.
Be aware that it will not sit flush with the insert. That's on purpose since I found that it looks a little nicer that way. If that triggers your OCD, cutting off 2mm will do the trick.
