Hat Hook for 1 1/8 or 3cm dowel hanger rack

I needed a few hat hooks for a space exactly hat sized in my closet. The inside of the hook is slightly under 3cm, meaning that it has a bit of a friction fit to hold it right up. I printed in PLA at .25 draft on a Prusa mini.
