180 mm Windrad ( Wind wheel ) 6 Flügel

Das Windrad wird in zwei Teilen am besten einzeln gedruckt.

Nach dem Einsetzen der Kugellager, (siehe unten) wird die untere Abdeckung aufgeklebt.

Vor dem Aufkleben unbedingt den Gleichlauf kontrollieren und ggf. korrigieren.

Es schadet nicht, wenn bei Ausseneinsatz (wo sonst) gelegentlich etwas Öl auf die Lager gegeben wird.

Benötigt werden noch 2 Kugellager 8x22x7 mm (608 ZZ oder 2RS) und z.B. eine VA Gewindestange M10, auf der an einem Ende auf 14 mm Länge einen Zylinder von D 8 mm angedreht wird.

Wichtig ist, dass die Lager leicht laufen. 

Für die Lager 608 2RS können z.B. die Kunststoffkappen entfernt werden. 

Anschließend wird das Lagerfett ausgewaschen und durch ein leicht laufendes Öl ersetzt.

After inserting the ball bearings (see below), the bottom cover is glued on.

Before gluing it on, check the synchronization and correct it if necessary.

It does no harm if a little oil is occasionally applied to the bearings during outdoor use (where else).

You will also need 2 ball bearings 8x22x7 mm (608 ZZ or 2RS) and a VA threaded rod M10, for example, onto which a cylinder of D 8 mm is screwed at one end over a length of 14 mm.

It is important that the bearings run smoothly.

For the 608 2RS bearings, for example, the plastic caps can be removed.

The bearing grease is then washed out and replaced with a smooth-running oil.
