thank you so much for making this my friend gave me some before I got my 3d printer and they were a lifesaver during covid

April/May 2020 - My trusty MK3 ran 24/7, going through 22kg of whatever PETG was still available. Donated to the local Maker Space (Maker Nexus, Sunnyvale, CA) for final assembly with laser-cut visors and distribution to local hospitals.

Made one for the lawnmower

We made about 1,000 of these in the initial 6 weeks or so of lockdown / early days of the pandemic back in 2020. After that it felt like the demand was met and hospitals were starting to push back on equipment donated from unknown sources - but it was much appreciated help in the early days. Vytiskl jsem štít proto, že odlétající podpěry při odstraňování z výtisků už dvakrát zasáhli cíl ( oko ) 😁 takže bezpečnost při práci.
