Ender 3 Dual Gear Direct Drive Briss Fang Adapter

The dual gear extruder has the tubing adapter 10mm higher, so I moved the motor mount over to compensate. 

Other things adjusted:

• Added a hole to be able to adjust the gear tension spring
• Moved cable chain mount over and up a bit to interfere with the motor wires less

last time I printed it vertically, but the cable chain mount broke. This time I printed it laying on its side.
