To complete my Mirka DEROS sander and don't have to take it out for small and quick jobs, I designed and 3D printed sanding blocks for the 125mm and 150mm sanding disks I use
Design
Design from Fusion 360 is quite simple. I started from the profile of the blocks and use “Revolution” feature

For the handle I reproduce more or less the one from my Mirka sander
The diameter of the base is a little smaller than the pad one (-1mm). So when sanding corners there is no risk to damage the part with the block more the sanding pad will be easier to center
Both 125mm and 150mm blocks use same profile. Just diameter of the bottom surface changes

Printing instructions
Printed in PLA Prusament Pineapple Yellow and Jet Black to look like Mirka colors (Yellow and Black)
I used “Fuzzy Skin” feature from PursaSlicer on the black part to have more grip on the handle

It's sliced using PrusaSlicer using
It can be printed faster with 0,25mm layer height. But the surface will be less smooth, mainly for the top of the handle
You can use “Variable layer height” option from PrusaSlicer, that I didn't used for this model
Material
Best way is to don't stick directly sanding disk to the block. Better to use interface, so sanding disk can be changed easily from the blocks
1st option: Use protective pads like the ones used with the orbital sander. Stick it to the block using double side adhesive. Sanding disk can be easily changed. That's the one I used

2nd option: Use of self adhesive hook and loop tapes you can find easily from internet to attache directly sanding disks. Stick only the Hook on the block

On top of .stl and .3mf files, I uploaded Fusion 360 .f3d file so you can modify the design and adapt it to your needs
