Print Settings
Layer Height: Any! i.e. 0.12 - 0.28. If you go with 0.28 there will only be one infill layer, keep the infill low for ease of flexibility when installing and uninstalling. if you go with a smaller layer height just make sure to follow my guidance in the infill section below.
Infill: no more than 15%. I went with 10%. If you add too much infill it might be harder to bend while installing and uninstalling it on the phone.
Infill Pattern: this should not matter but again, for ease of installation I would go with something like concentric, lines, or zig-zag. I went concentric
Support: None. no supports needed if printed on its back.
I printed this using Poloymakers Polylite PLA and a few Amolen PLAs to test fit and feel, PLA should be more than good enough though I would suggest printing with a more durable filament like PETG or even HTPLA once annealed if you want added durability.
