Brother TJ serie label printer tear-off exit plate

In case the Brother TJ series label printer is used with agriculture slit labels only, you might want to use this modification.

To overcome some electronic settings limitations for getting the argriculture slit labels to be positioned at the correct tear-off position this part was designed.

You need 2 x M3x8mm hexagon head screws to replace the original M3 screws.

The original metal tear-off strip is not needed anymore.

Can be printed in any material in vertical position without supports.

Remove the two countersunk screws on the metal tear-off strip with a Phlips head 1 screwdriver.

Place the custom tear-off exit plate and secure it with the two M3x8mm hexagon head screws using a 2.5 mm hexagon ball head tool.
