Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0 - Ender 3 Direct Drive + 3DTouch + Endstop

Got this direct drive which is for an ender 3 from a friend and thought I would try to use it on my Megazero 2.0

I also have Ender 3 V2 which is already heavily modified so it does not need this... :)

This kit comes with all nessessary wiring

Remove stock x carriage

• Remove stock carriage and all cables except endstop
• Original belt can be used
• Original endstop can be used

Install Ender 3 Direct Drive x carriage

• Top 2 v-wheel bolts need to be flipped so that the bolts are at the front, this will allow extra travel on x
• re-install belt
• Install Endstop extender before re-tightning

Endstop Extender

• There is 2 threaded holes which work perfect with original endstop
• I cut the spade connectors off and looped wire through holes and shrink wrapped as they kept popping off
• You will need to print the endstop extender and mount it to the end of x gantry
• Extend x endstop wires to match all other cable lengths going back to the mainboard

3DTouch mount

If you have one this part simply slides over the endstop

• Longer bolts are needed atleast 10mm long 
• Holes on the backside are smaller to cut it is own thread
• Not sure what probe offsets are yet but they are close to an ender 3 stock offset

Cable management

I used this part from thingiverse which bolts to the stock extruder location and works well
