PiZero (OctoPi) Camera mount for Monoprice/Wanhao Maker Select i3 V2

I wanted a stable mount for my PiZero/OctoPi setup that would easily mount to my Monoprice Maker Select V2, and nothing out there quite fit the bill, so I took a few designs that I liked, and fused them together into this great mount. Hopefully, it's useful to someone else out there.
