A cable management clip with ratcheted stops and a screw hole. I designed it similarly to some commercials clip I bought a long time ago, before I had a 3D printer. My design isn't as good as the commercial version, but it was fun to work on and suits my needs.
My preferred way of attaching these to the underside of my desk is to use hot glue, though double-sided tape also works. The screw hold provides additional support if needed.
At 100% size, the inner diameter of the ring is around 22mm (7/8")

Notes:
I recommend that you print these clips with a strong filament such as PETG or Nylon, and stay away from PLA since it won't be able to take repeated opening and closings without snapping.rnrnAlso, using 4-5 perimeters will give the clip strength without needing to fiddle with the infill. The main ring will still bend.
