I printed multiples of each tray and was able to fit all the pawns from the Beginner Box, Bestiaries 1-3, and Abomination Vaults in the boxes. I created an altered insert for the small tray to fit everything nicely in there. The only things that wouldn’t fit were the troops, so I’m printing an extra medium tray just for those.

How many dividers are needed? And did you say that the Bestiary 1 AND Beginner Box pawns will both fit in the BB box?

@Tdub415 I have finished the small tray and was able to fit all the small pawns from the Beginner Box, Bestiaries 1-3, and the Abomination Vaults pawns. Very impressive. I think I'll probably have to print two of each of the other trays at least, but so far this is a really excellent print. Thanks!

@Tdub415 I've actually decided to create some custom inserts for the large side of the small tray so I can fit all of the small pawn properly. Even with the larger inserts, the spaces are too wide and they wobble around. I've made some thicker inserts that make it the same width as all the other rows.

Built the boxes for the beginner box , but there are lots of big issues:

1) With the flip mat and manuals inside, the box lid barely closes unlike what was shown in the other built photos, without something to tie the box down it's not safe to move and even then the box becomes extremely bulky, it goes from 7cm~ stock to ~12cm with the trays.
2) the Huge tray should be ever slightly wider to accommodate the quick reference cards, it's a missed opportunity there.
3) The Large tray does not sit flush with the huge tray or the other stacked one, that means that when carrying the box everything you put in there will become jumbled as the gap with the divider and the lid is big enough for pawn bases and other assorted things to mix up, it happens everytime you move it, The huge box is also not suited for those items as the divider slot allow passthrough.

So for the beginner box, the trays should be aprox. 3cm shorter, which i know would complicate matters with the small tray, but maybe the small tray could be stacked on top of the huge tray

@Guillermo_340359 I did not design it with anything but pawn storage in mind, and it fitting the beginner box was a happy coincidence. The design was mainly for the bestiary 1 box of pawns.

My wife and I use the beginner box to hold the bestiary 2 pawns, since it did not come with a box of it's own. (edited)

¿do you need to print all the inserts to fit inside the box?

@Guillermo_340359 for it to fit with the lid level, yes. stacking the top tray on top of the medium tray makes it the same height as the huge tray, so the lid will shut level and be supported so you can stack other things on top of it if you want.
