I printed this fan shroud for my Prusa because my old one was no longer performing well, and I’m extremely happy with the result. In the picture, the red part is my old fan shroud, while the black one is the new printed version – the difference in design and quality is immediately visible.
The print itself was flawless and very straightforward:

Everything printed cleanly without any issues. No supports, no failed layers, and excellent overall quality. The fit is spot on, and cooling performance is noticeably better compared to my old shroud.
I also really like the clever design where the fan is simply clamped in place. This is a great idea, because it allows for a quick and easy fan replacement if the fan ever fails, without having to disassemble everything. Overall, this is a well-designed and highly practical upgrade, both functionally and visually.
