This is a beefy lead screw knob I designed for my MPCNC primo, though I'm sure it might be useful for other things.
You might need to drill out the center hole to get it to fit the lead screw. I used an 11/32 drill and it worked perfectly. Something like xy compensation in the slicer might help dial it in too - or your print might have the right sized hole right off the printer.
You will need two 5mm square nuts and two m5x16 socket cap bolts.
