Bring a used-up Sharpie marker back to life as a handy bit driver.

Two different model files - one for typical ¼" bits, a second for 4mm electronics bits.

Bit is held securely by a 6mm diameter by 3mm thick neodymium magnet printed in place.

A small collar appears between the cap and body to let you know this isn't just an ordinary Sharpie. You can also drill a hole in the cap to make it easy to see the bit at a glance.

Prints well with:

  • 0.15mm layers
  • Print Settings - Advanced - Seam position: [Random]
  • Print Settings - Advanced - Fill gaps: [off]

Insert a pause in your G-code at 22.7mm to insert a 6mm diameter by 3mm thick magnet.

If you need to adjust the fit, I suggest adjusting the extruder flow slightly on your machine.

Hope you find it useful!
