This is a common failure for Dodge vehicles. Mine made a clicking noise when changing from hot to cold and got stuck on hot only, then continued making a clicking noise for ~10 minutes, sometimes even with the engine off and key removed. Not fun on a 3 hour road trip. This was on the drivers side. Grease the gear before reinstalling. Remember to calibrate the actuator when reinstalling or it may strip again. Should also work for other models with the same actuator, Dodge Ram, Avenger, Caravan, Town & Country, etc.

2 shells, printed in ABS for durability. ReplicatorG said there was a hole in the mesh but it printed just fine.
Clean up
After printing use a drill to clear the center bore, bit size 11/64". use a small triangle file to clean up the teeth a little if necessary. I only had to run the file through the larger diameter gear teeth very lightly to square them up.
