the sieve consists of to parts. The strainer and container. The seeds are placed on the sieve and the vessel is filled withe water up the level of the sieve. For the seeds to germinate, the seeds should soak themselves in water but not be unter water! Depending on the germination time of the seeds (cress 1 to 4 days) it takes until the first sprouts are visible and edible. Top up with water if necessary.
