Hello,
I needed some low profile projector mount for my Optoma HD143x with possibilities to rotate it along pitch and yaw axis (X and Y).
The mount is designed to be printed without any support. I printed it out from PETG but I would recommend something stiffer, like PLA or ABS.
Together with prints you will need :
1pcs M6x40mm thread rod or screw for tilting axis + M6 nuts
4pcs M2,5x10mm OR M3x10mm screw for plastic to attach join to middle plate
5pcs M3x20mm (at least) to attach whole assembly to the shelf
2pcs M6x15mm for joining middleplate to the deskplate
2pcs M6 nuts to press to deskplate
3pcs M4x15 to attach projector mount to the projector
Installation is quite straightforward:
-attach projector mount to the projector
-press in two M6 nuts to the deskplate
-screw deskplate to the shelf
-screw joint with 4x M3 screws to the middleplate
-attach middleplate to deskplate with M6 screws - dont tighten it - after Y axis adjustment
-attach projector with projectormount to the rest assembly with M6 rod and tighten it
