Smaller Battery Box

This remix of Michal Fanta's model has been made narrower to accommodate a smaller print bed.

The Changes and Additions:

• Overall width of box changed from 236mm to 204mm 
• AAA and AA battery inserts have been recreated to hold batteries more efficiently
  • The new inserts can hold more AAAs and the same amount of AAs as the original
• STEP files made available for every main part (both for this remix and the original)

Parts:

• 8x - M3 6mm screw
• 6x - M3 8mm screw
• 2x - M3 12mm screw
  • (I used hex button head for all screws)
• 4x - 3x26mm metal rods (I cut a 2.75mm coat hanger and glued in)

Inserts

I have created 2 new inserts for AA and AAA, however, I have made the original style holders smaller too (they will hold 4 less AAAs and 2 less AAs)

• “New AAA Insert” (holds more)
• “New AA Insert” (holds more)
• “Bottom liner" (omits the 18650 insert for a basic liner)
• “AAA Insert” (original style)
• “AA Insert” (original style)
• “18650 Insert” (original style)
• “Bottom Plain Insert” (omits the 18650 insert for a plain insert)

Notes:

No inserts have any clearances added (same as original), so proper calibration is needed, I also cut off any minor elephants' foot on the inserts. I did add some clearance to just the liner and AA insert. 

I printed at 0.3 layer height, 0.6 line width as I am impatient :)
