Crochet Hook: 19mm/US size S

Very large crochet hooks are often hard to find as well as expensive, so I created a US size S (19mm) hooks with the customizer below. I had to shorten it due to the limitations of my print bed, but it turned out very usable. At 0.2 resolution, it required some work with fine sandpaper.
