I made a few of these M6 screws for another project instead of shopping for them. I had to slightly decrease the screw (X/Y to ~97%) or increase the nut (X/Y to 105%) so they could actually fit together. This could very well be due to over-extrusion on my printer. I printed with Enotepad PETG @0.15mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle. Thanks for sharing! (edited)

Printed with 0.15mm layer height. I had to scale nut to 103% (104% works too) on X and Y axis to make it fit properly.
