Magnetic Small Parts Bowl

Small parts bowl with magnets embedded inside the print.

I used 4 of 8 mm x 3mm thick rare earth magnets.
A tolerance of 0.15 was added to the holes. The bowl has plenty of magnetic strength.

Its 100mm in diameter and 25mm tall

Print instructions

I used PLA at 0.20 layer height

If you download the 3mf file you're pretty well set to go.
It is sliced so the printer does a colour change ready for you to insert the magnets, then reinsert the same filament and away you go.

The magnets were an easy press fit, and i didn't have any issue with them coming out. No glue required. This will of course be printer dependent.
