TPU Tank Tracks

I built a  noTanks RC Tank Its very fun to drive, but got frustrated with the tracks. They broke all the time, and kept printing replacements. It was so bad that I left the tank getting dust.

As I wanted to learn FreeCAD (Link Version) I came back with the idea of a TPU track, and after 5 days of work and 3 awful models, I finally got a half-decent parametric model.

The 645mm perimeter version has been working ok for the noTanks model, but it should be usable for similar RC tank designs. Just check the perimeter of the track and change it in the Spreadsheet.

I printed it with  Creality TPU, 0.28 layer height, and support on the build plate. 

My ender 3 could print a 650mmm (perimeter) track with room to spare.
