One last rather specific upgrade part for the Funmat HT (enhanced) 3d printer:

The original handle for opening the filament compartment protrudes the door and reaches quite far into the printer. This is a problem when printing with wider spools (~1kg) because the inner part of the handle prevents the door from getting closed. Since you're rather likely printing moisture sensitive materials with this printer, having a closed door is a good idea.

Here is where this alternative handle comes into play.

It has an external closing mechanism that uses the original funmat extruder spring (the original extruder is lousy anyway - at the point where the handle starts to get annoying, you'll likely have the extruder replaced by something better anyway) to allow for a hassle-free operation. Use some cut-off filament for the domes (*pimpfl.stl) to keep them in place. Also print the domes twice.

Unfortunately this mod requires drilling 4 holes for securing the parts with M3x6 screws, so please only do it when you don't care for warranty anymore. I hope anything else is self-explanatory... if not, don't hesitate to ask for details.

Printed in PC for heat- and wear-resistance. Also some stiffness is required for it to close properly.
