Dust collector ball valve - 50mm

This is based on @PeterH1500 design and modified to fit with 50mm PVC pipe. The lever is redesigned for better grip (but need to be printed with support) and has stops to turn 90 degree only, open/close.

Have build a system using five valves and working great so far with minimum to non leakage and no clogging.

No support needed for the other parts.

Infill: 15%

Assembly

To make it easer you can pre-tap the holes in the ball with M4. Attach the ‘bearing’ with a K6S M4x20 screw and the ‘lever’ with a K6S M4x25 screw to the ball.

Put the ball into the ‘house’ and attached the two house parts with four K6S M4x12 screws, M4 washers and M4 MHM nuts.

Done!
