Gridfinity mini nipper holder (self contained)

2x2 version of Zack's nipper holder with the angle of the holders tweaked so they fit inside a 2x2 square.

If you have long tools they will still stick out of the 2x2 area but not nearly as much as in the original (which works better in the 2x4 holder than a 2x2 variant)
