Fiat Panda Mk.2 Cigarette Lighter Holder

Replaces the blanking plate in many Fiat Panda Mk.2's with one which has a hole for a cigarette lighter / 12v power. In many Pandas the wiring for a 12v power supply is already there underneath the blanking plate.
