New items here are:
1/ a template for cutting out plastic lenses
2/ gusset for lenses
3/ a split of the original plage_doctor_whole.stl

With the lens template I trace (inside) on paper, then tape the paper to a flat section of blister pack plastic and cut carefully with scissors.

The gussets are to glue in place behind the clear plastic lens and hold it in the eyepiece. The gusset gcode included was scaled to 98% for easy drop-in fit. The gusset stl is 100% scale.

I split the plague_doctor_whole.stl (that included attachment points) into three separate prints (for shorter observation times). Note, i have not printed this split but hope it will be easier to fit and glue together if printing in pieces.

I have printed this excellent mask twice: Once using the single-piece with the gcode provided by Beneš; and once with my own slices of the original .stl files for chin, nose and eyes. I used 15% gyroid infill, and like it. Without attachment points, somewhat fussy to align/glue parts together, but doable.

Print instructions

I combined to lens template and gussets into one print.
In the slicer, i added the gusset stl and scaled to 98%. I then added the template stl and left it 100%. No brim.

All prints at .20mm and 15% gyroid infill. standard ".20 Quality" setting. Filament setting standard, per type of PLA, for me mask was Prusament Beige PLA, and goggles are CC3D Silky Bronze PLA.

.gcode files included. for the goggles, use either the version for PLA or the version for silkyPLA (you do not need to print both).
