PDFLook, it's a cross stitch thread spooler thing that can be spooled flat so it's easer to stack it into a carrying case or something I don't know. Look, this is a model that came with a cross stitch kit I bought ages ago and I needed more of the spooler things. so I duped the design. Enjoy it. Or don't.
