This is a very basic Turntable made using a 60 RPM BO Motor. I have shared the step file of the main housing so that other better motors can be used as the BO motor is not the appropriate one for this use.

Capacity - 500gms (MAX)

Things required :

  • 1 x 9V battery
  • 1 x 9V battery cap
  • 1 x 15/30/60 RPM BO Motor
  • 1 x PWM Speed Regulator
  • 10 x 10mm M3 Bolts
  • 1 x Empty Spool (200mm)
  • some wire to connect the motor and the 9V battery cap to the PWM unit

The assembly is quite easy and straight forward, will add detailed photos of the same.

The wheel need to be attached using the 10mm M3 bolts. Keep some space between the wheel and the bolt so that the wheel moves freely.

Your turntable is ready!

P.S. - When you start the turntable, it will gradually speed up from medium speed. You will have to lower the speed from that point, giving you a jerky start. A lower RPM motor won't cause this problem.

Will upload another version with a different and a strong, high torque motor.

                                                                   THANK YOU
