This is a mount for the larger Arducam with the M12x0.5 lens attached.  I've designed it to attach to the Flexible camera mount for Ender 3 Pro: https://www.printables.com/model/199574-flexible-camera-mount-for-ender-3-pro 

The mount comes in 2 pieces, to assemble you need to pass your ribbon cable through the slot in the back piece and connect it to you camera, then sandwich the camera between the front and back pieces with 4x M3 bolts (8-12mm length).

For print settings I used PLA at 0.2mm layer height, both parts will print without supports but you may need to clean up the holes in the front piece a little.
