This is an adapter from Samsung NX mount to Nikon F mount.
The download also includes 2x and 3x macro conversion versions of the adapter.
With Samsung having abandoned its SLR / mirrorless camera lineup these cameras are often available pretty cheap, but lenses are expensive as no one makes any more for this mount. This adapter gives those Nikon analog lenses in your cabinet a second live. Obviously only in manual mode.
The 1x adapters flange focal distance is the nominal 46.5 mm for Nikon F mount so the lens can still focus on infinity.
The model should be printed with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.
The model is split into several parts to allow printing without support for optimal precision and clean mating surfaces.
Insert the tabs into the housing. There are two large and one small tab. Make sure they are seated completely.
Insert the NX ring into the housing. Rotate clockwise until the locking hole and the line in the ring are aligned. Although there are stop/snap features modelled into the part I would recommend to glue it in.
A word of caution if you use superglue make sure to let it cure completely before mounting the adapter to lens or camera. The vapours created during curing can condensate on the lens coating and possibly damage it.
Happy Printing and Shooting!
