I found the excellent Quick Setup Drill Depth Guides by Highrise Workshop extremely useful, but I needed a way to fit them into my Ryobi 22-piece Titanium drill bit kit

I call this a “remix” even though I re-implemented it from scratch in Fusion 360, but credit for the idea where credit is due! Along the way I fixed a design flaw in the original holder: the overlapping holes for the collets that created overhangs on the bottom of the holder and required supports or resulted in ugly prints. No supports needed for this model. I printed it with 0.2 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 15% gyroid infill, Prusament Jet Black PETG.

From the original description, it was unclear to me how the collets and sleeves go into the holder. The best way for me is to push the collets in from below, and then secure them by pushing the sleeves on top of them from above. As there are 7 collets and 9 sleeves, a couple of collets will get extra sleeves. See pictures.

Just push the holder into the box, for a snug fit. To remove, pull up on the handle.

Fusion 360 .3fd file is included.
