This mod will allow your Ender 5 printer to pint at over 300mm/s and even outperform your hot end, without loosing print quality. Recommended software is Klipper
I use sensor-less homing with TMC 2209 drivers and SKR1.3 board connected to Raspberry PI4. System is super reliable and accurate.
More info about clipper can be found at: https://github.com/KevinOConnor/klipper
Design to convert your stock Ender 5 to COREXY with linear rails This design is in working phase, has been fully tested.
Next phase of this design will be dual Z and larger build volume with AC heated bed.
Current model has Microswiss/Creality stock hot end mounting.
However the mounting holes are compatible with MGN BLV setup
so you can print other plates for different hot ends from BLV collection on thingiverse.
