I made these to fit into the little rubber foot holes on my makita chargers. If the holes don't print “EXACTLY” as tight as you need them to on your printer, I would advise using a small amount of masking tape to tighten up the fit. The 'nub' part is designed to hold the charger to the wall by friction, but then carry the weight of the charger by having the boss around the holes inset into the 3D printed mounts themselves, so be sure that the charger goes ALL the way down into the nubs.
I also have parts for the DC18SD and DC18RC, should be uploaded soon.
Ok so I know the people at Prusa love PETG, but this model is best printed in ABS. I currently have 4 of the DC18RDs, and I first had 3 in ABS, 1 in PETG, printed with same 40% infill, 6 walls, and a ton of bottom layers (basically, just make the little nubs that go into the part solid, however you want to do this).
The PETG part failed completely after 3 months, while the original ABS parts have been up over 1.5 years at this point. Surprisingly, the PETG mount failed in the middle of the night, not while in use.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
