My take on a Anderson Powerpole distributor. The supplied stl files give you some options, but you can use the supplied OpenSCAD file if you want to increase the number of plugs.
Part list:
- automotive fuses
- fuse clamps ("cable shoes")
- switch for panel mounting (mount hole diameter: 20.3 mm)
- 4x M3 8mm Screws with cylinder heads
- A piece of 2.5mm² installation wire
Instructions:
- Print a housing and a lid
- Solder short pieces of copper wire onto the cable shoes and power pole shoes (see picture for reference)
- Put the power poles into the housing
- Use either installation wire or a filament to hold them in place
- Put the clamps on the fuses and put them into the housing
- Put the switch into the housing
- Bend the copper wire as shown in the picture
- Use the ramps to hold the extra copper wires in place and solder everything together.
- Screw the lid onto the housing
