My take on a Anderson Powerpole distributor. The supplied stl files give you some options, but you can use the supplied OpenSCAD file if you want to increase the number of plugs.

Part list:

  • automotive fuses
  • fuse clamps ("cable shoes")
  • switch for panel mounting (mount hole diameter: 20.3 mm)
  • 4x M3 8mm Screws with cylinder heads
  • A piece of 2.5mm² installation wire

Instructions:

  1. Print a housing and a lid
  2. Solder short pieces of copper wire onto the cable shoes and power pole shoes (see picture for reference)
  3. Put the power poles into the housing
  4. Use either installation wire or a filament to hold them in place
  5. Put the clamps on the fuses and put them into the housing
  6. Put the switch into the housing
  7. Bend the copper wire as shown in the picture
  8. Use the ramps to hold the extra copper wires in place and solder everything together.
  9. Screw the lid onto the housing
