SAKATA 3D Spool Adaptor for Spool (Re) Winder - Prusament Revised Edition

Design

My Spool (Re) Winder - Prusament Revised Edition → https://www.printables.com/model/244914-spool-re-winder-prusament-revised-edition was originally designed to be used with Prusament spool using a special interface

As I wanted to also use it with SAKATA 3D spools, I designed and 3D printed a new interface/adaptor. Idea was to use the hole (Bleu arrow) located in the spool flange to drive the spool from the crank and gears

Adaptor is designed with Fusion 360 and used the same bottom gear than original model

Printing instructions

Part printed in Prusament PLA Orange using PrusaSlicer standard parameters. It can be printed with other material like PETG. But PLA provides good mechanical strength

I printed it with 0.4mm nozzle diameter and 0.20mm layer height and Supports using Paint on supports - Smart fill feature from PrusaSlicer
