This is a replacement frame for a wall clock of the model
Kienzle Classic Radio Controlled Wall Clock V86141110054.
I have added STLs that should enable you to print it and use it for less specific things as well :)

Print instructions

Print a whole lot of the pins, print a few extra, they run off!

Print nine of the chevrons and nine of the amber parts. The amber parts should be translucent if you intend to use LEDs behind them.

Print one of each ring section (ring-s1 - ring-s5). Sections labeled simple are plain, without the features needed for the clock. Also print five of the brackets to lock the ring sections together.

OR

Print one of the rings, same as the above. Use simple if you're not mounting it to a clock.

I used PLA for all the parts other than the translucent parts which were PETG.

ASSEMBLY

I used Revell plastic model glue to assemble all parts besides the ambers. I used superglue for them.

First glue the ring sections together, use the brackets to align and keep them in place while hardening.

Glue the ambers to the chevrons. Then glue the pins into the lower holes of the chevrons. Save the upper for the LEDs, if not, add a pin there as well.
Glue the assembled chevrons to the ring.
