This is a suspension system for a plant light. The line is tied to the cleat, goes through the pulleys, and then is tied to the clothesline bar on the other side of the light. Raising and lowering the light should keep the light even, and only require one line instead of two.
The bolts used are all 1.5 inch long by 10/24 inch with nylon locking nuts. I used a 5mm line that came with my light.
I've included separate .STL files for each of the parts, and a .print file with all of the parts arranged on a Makerbot 5th gen build plate.
I printed this project with PLA with supports and a raft, but it should print well without supports.
I've changed the design a bit after this picture. The cleat is no longer a compression fit. It now has a bolt that secures it to the clothesline bar. This makes it work with a wider variety of clothesline bars.
