Hello.

DISCLAIMER: This is one of my first projects when I was trying to learn fusion 360/ CAD by my own. Contains errors, and can be better, but I think now It's sufficent to be released and other users can use it :) , I learned a lot with this project and the next project will be a full 3d printed case with mATX form factor, TFX/SFX PSU with better hdd caddys and more room / friendly.

PLS feel free to ask questions. Some of photos are of desing step :)

This print was intended to fit 6x3,5HDD and 2xSSD reusing the existing antec ISK 110 case, if you like and are thinking buying a case, you can do without the power adapter, you don't need, because we are to fit other.

The existing PSU of the case only provides 90W, can be sufficient in one case, if you have a very low power consumption board/cpu and you can spin up the HDDs sequentially. this is very important, if you spin up all HDDs at the same time the power draw is about 150-180W depending the drives you have. Some mainboards / sata controllers have this feature. If you have this feature and your CPU is low consumption (10-20W) are free to go.

If you want to put a nice CPU with a lot of ram and you don't want to bother with this... buy a pico-psu with 200W, Inter-Tech 88882190 (20-25€) can provide 200W, in order to feed this pico-psu you can use and old Xenon/Zephir Xbox 360 power adapter or a Xbox One power adapter, you can buy used by 5-10€, you will need another sata splitter.

You can fit the sata controller with 1X pcie riser, it's highly recommended to use ultra slim sata cables, I put all together with regular sata cables and not fit in the back very well. Buy a six ultra thin sata cable pack.

Front fans are 80x25mm.

I cant provide an exactly BOM sorry, but I cant remember all screw sizes I use, but remember, Screws to Antec chassis are UNC type, rest of the parts are M3 screws and M3 square nuts.

Top lid mod if you need fit taller heatsink -> https://www.printables.com/model/114956-antec-isk-110-top-lid-mod

Bug list:
- Some drives crash with the rear pin, swap side if you can, if not, trim with pliers. I made these rear pins as is to safety measure.
- Front aperture is a bit thinner than the space for the hdds, you will notice that the drives need to push gently to fit in, this was intended,(safety).
- Some gaps that looks ugly.
- This mod is not very friendly to have access to the SSD cages, take this in consideration.

Bugs corrected previous upload:
- Fan support are remade to avoid crash mid part
- HDD caddys rework to make more room for the fans (10mm displaced and notch revised.)

PRINT TIME !

All pieces are pre-sliced and fit inside mk3s bed. If you want to slice by your own, some tips:

- 0,2mm layer height highly recommended (if you use 0,3mm you will need to retouch some holes because are oval instead of circle and some overhangs will look ugly)
- At least 3 perimeters (4 recommended on mid part and adapter part)
- Smooth Pei sheet recomended for big parts.

Some print tips & questions:
- can print this with PLA ? -> Yes, if you don't let the temperature rise above 55-60ºC , I printed my prototype in PLA to save money and... it's working really well without problems, but PETG is highly recommended, my hdds now in summer are with 37-38ºC
- Can I fit other fans ? yes if you respect the 25mm height.
