This is the first of the designs I used to convert the amazing model to my image of the season one ship.

Description
PDFThe first part is easy, print the original (sans legs and supports) print these glue and paint.
The next sections will get more involved. In general I prime with fine gray primer, the matte black or tire black and then the orange on top. Not an expert on getting just the right amount of orange, but I do ok.
