This is the nylon part inside the foam door pull for the passenger door. It can be mounted directly on the door without the foam and still be comfortable to use. You could likely mirror-image it for the driver-side door.
It will need to be manually trimmed to fit.
The model was created in SCAD with the BOSL2 library. The filament used was Fibre Three F3 PA-GF with glass fibre and printed on a Prusa MK3S.
The nylon filament was dried ahead of time and printed in a 30 C heated enclosure. Due to the thickness of the print, it had to be soaked in water for a week afterwards to regain its strength and flexibility.
