litho lamp with snap-in candelabra lamp

The major difference is that I wanted one that used a wall powered incandescent lightbulb with a inline switch like those found in a classic night light and often used in light-up things like holiday decorations, etc. They have a snap in base that fits in a hole about 1 inch in diameter (I had to make it slightly bigger).

Not as high tech as using a bright LED running on batteries or from a wall wart, but simpler and the light is warmer.

The cord, lamp base and inline switch can be purchased on amazon for about $6 each. Search for "Westinghouse Lighting 70108 Snap-In Socket Cord Set".
