Voron 0.1 Top Hat Extension

This is a simple extension for the Voron 0.1 top hat. In cases of long bowden tubes or umbilical cables, it can help to decrease drag against the top acrylic panel as well as tension on the tool head and X axis rails.

Two heights are included, 35mm and 27mm (should be enough to fit under a non-modified IKEA Lack table depending on the size of the rubber feet you are using on the printer).

BOM:

4x M3x4x5mm heat set inserts (Voron issue) and 4x M3x8mm screws: These will be inserted on the front and back parts and used to mount the side parts to them.
Optional 4x M3x4x5mm heat set inserts (Voron issue) and 4x M3x8mm screws: These will be inserted on the side parts and used to mount the top hat to the extender.

Print these, if you can, in ABS or equivalent material using Voron parts printing guidelines. These are larger parts that will not fit on a Voron 0.1 bed, but were designed to fit an Ender 3 bed. I have printed prototypes in both PLA+ and PETG (0.4mm layer height, 2 perimeters and top/bottom layers, 0.6mm extrusion width, 15% infill) and haven't had issues with deformation or part failure, but your mileage may vary.
