45 degree filament cutter (Standard box cutter blade)

All 3-D printed all you need is a razor blade. print at 0.2mm. I've only tried with PLA not sure about PETG. print the main body standing up with a brim. You can try making the pin solid if it breaks make it 2 or 3 perimeters so I can flex.
