3:1 Geared Gear-themed knob

I wanted to add the 3:1 geared “speed wheel” function to ease the annoying heat/fan scrolling during a cold-pull routine, but I didn't want to loose the cool Sprocket knob from Matt Boyer, which I've been using for more than six months and got quite used to…

So i decided to combine it: in Prusaslicer.
And while I was on it, I also redesigned the outer ring, to match the geared design (and provide better grip as well), and thinned the screw-on base by Kuba Smołka so the new control doesn't protrude that much.
