Citadel paint pot support is designed into BASE to avoid spills. (Option 1)

I have tried to design this with no glue/screws in mind, all press fit, but glue away if you like, as tolerances may vary dependant on your printer settings.

I have also tried to design this with a no printing supports required. The only supports needed are for the underneath of a few small pillar support holes, if preferred.

The unit consists of a base, middle level and a top. You only need to print one base and a top level, but you can stack as many middle levels you like increasing the height. As you increase height you may want to glue to support and strengthen the unit overall.

Rotates on a bearing. I have used a very commonly obtainable bearing used in skateboards and such, normally available everywhere (bearing: 608RS) The bearing ‘press’ fits into the housing nicely of the BASE and the shaft on the LAZY SUZY Bearing Support into the ID of the bearing. 
The name of each .stl has the filament weight for each piece in its name. I have tried to design it to last and be a little robust, so not fall apart a week after using it.

1. Press fit the 608RS bearing in the BASE (depending on the filament and process you use, and a few other factors, if you find the bearing housing is minutely oversize place one thin piece of plumbers tape around the bearing for a snug fit)
2. Press fit the BASE LOCKING PINS (x3) to join the LAZY SUZY and BASE together to secure.
3. Press fit the support shaft on the bottom of the LAZY SUZY into the bearing ID and gently press down. The LAZY SUZY Bearing Support actually has a ‘guide’ which fits snug into the BASE as it goes together and will rotate freely without a bearing if you prefer.
4. Fit the PAINT BRUSH ORGANISER HOLDER through the top hole on the PAINT ORGANISER TOP

Place some anti-slip tape or stickers on the feet of the BASE if preferred to assist any sliding and help support.

The shown example was printed at 0.28 with CHEP FFv5.0_ExtraFast (0.28) profile.
Total 319g at 25% infill

Added: A middle level stacker increasing the height for the tall Citadel pots. Increased by 10mm and named - Stacker Mid level TALL - 70mm

UPDATE 01/12/2022
Added:  Citadel Paint Organiser - BASE OPTION 2 - 45g. An option without the Citadel Paint Pot Holder attached. Tolerance on the bearing housing have been tightened and tolerance on the Lazy Suzy have been slightly relaxed, so this version will work without a bearing but better with a bearing in position.
